Description

On the one hand, we have the Teddy Riner Arena which is the jewel of the City. This is also the most important on 3 floors, with on level 0 a multipurpose room, an amphitheater with 400 seats with a video projector and its screen, a small outdoor basketball court and an athletics track. At level +1 there is a boxing room with 2 6x6 rings and 6 punching bags. Finally, level +2 allows us to access the large room with its 1,000 seats. This room allows a high level sound system. And on the other, the Courtilles type C gymnasium with a large room with parquet floors (40x20m) and a tier. We have on level 0, 1 toilet for disabled people, 1 reserve and 1 dining area. On level -1 (only by stairs) there are 4 changing rooms, 2 toilets, 2 referee changing rooms and 1 meeting room. The new equipment Le Cèdre supports the diversity of social and cultural practices within the neighbourhood. This equipment is intended to fulfill a major role in the animation of the district and to constitute a hub of exchanges and meetings very appreciated by the inhabitants. The 1500 m2 equipment designed by architect Guillaume Ramillien aims to be an intergenerational place with cultural and social vocation.

At the Arena we have the opportunity to watch videos in the amphitheater or even a restaurant.

The multipurpose hall and the boxing hall can provide a place for physical preparation in addition to the track.

On the Courtilles complex, you can find under the ice rink the possibility of accessing a weight room.

Known for

At the Courtilles gymnasium for several years the Volleyball club played at the French elite level and with European Cup level competitions.

On the Arena we have organized several judo gala including the Teddy Riner Academy and we are hosting the elite futsal championship and 2 Champions League rounds.

We welcome at Le Cèdre the association Vagabon Crew on annual slots where this high-level club prepares athletes including the champion of France and Europe. We also hosted a reunion of the Breakdance France team between December 15 and 18, 2022.
