Description

Located on the outskirts of downtown Cayenne (Capital of Guyana) and composed of 3 high-level sports facilities allowing you to train in the best conditions, with: The Cayenne Aquatic Center, a center of excellence with, among other things, 2 pools including an Olympic pool, open 7 days a week with outdoor parking for more than 100 spaces and all disabled access (lift included). The Kévin Séraphin hall, a 1,162m² sports hall, equipped with bleachers with a capacity of 870 seats. Site open from 7 am to 10 pm Monday to Saturday and on request according to schedules arranged on Sunday. Suzini's dojo, with an area of 1932m², made up of three international competition areas, two training areas of 100 and 200m², guaranteeing great ease and comfort, for training sessions. multiple and diversified training in the same workspace.

The Hall Kévin Séraphin hosts the hope centers and regional sectors resident at the Michel Néron Institute for Training and Access to High-Level Sport (IFAS). He hosted in 2018 and 2019, the French basketball cups, and received in 2019, an international French Boxing Gala and an international Taekwondo tournament.

In February 2016, the Cayenne Aquatic Center received as part of its inauguration, the French synchronized swimming team for training and a show. It has also hosted courses for high-level swimmers, Olympic and Paralympic champions who have raised the quality of the pools (David Smétanine, Elodie Lorandi and Gregory Mallet).

Suzini’s dojo has received numerous internships from top athletes, including the French judo team in 2015 and the French military judo team in 2020.
