Description

The intercommunal gymnasium is opened since september 2022, ideally located, runs alongside a strategic highway network at 20 km from Paris. It includes : - 1 hall of 89 sq, - 4 changing rooms, - 1 room of 40 m² for referees, with view on the practice room, - 1 changing room for coaches of 25 sq - 1 practice room of 1,360 sq, public area excluded, delimited by a removable fence, and with grandstands of 265 seats. The main hall includes : - floor: 1 platform 14 * 14 with spring, dancing bars, 2 springboards, an 18 * 2 acrobatic track - vault: 2 central vault tables, 2 runways 25 * 1, 6 competition springboards, - beam: 4 low beams, 4 competition beams, 2 competition springboards, - 3 asymmetric bars and 2 competition springboards, - 2 competition pommel horse and 1 competition springboard - 2 sets of rings - 3 parallel bars and 2 competition springboards - 3 fixed bars - 2 trampolines - 1 pit - Various equipment The building has significant natural light and is air conditioned. The facilities are on the ground floor. They are designed for sporting, educational and professional practice. This gymnasium has high-performance and innovative gymnastic equipment and can host regional tournaments. All equipment meets the standards set by the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) and an application for approval by the Regional Gymnastics Committee will be filed, for which a principle agreement has already been received.

Special features

The gymnasium is close to other sports facilities: a gymnasium, a sports field with stabilized ground, an intercommunal dojo at regional level.

Food service and accommodation for the delegations will be at Château de la Grande Romaine located nearby (less than one kilometer on foot and with a bike and pedestrian lane).

It regularly hosts sports delegations (in 1998, the Brazil national football team).

This structure knows how to adapt to the needs in the field of food service and accommodation. It includes an enclosed park that could be used for running, outdoor tennis fields and an outdoor heated swimming pool.

Known for

The local authority wishes to organize the reception of national and international youth and adult delegations to prepare various pre-Olympic and Paralympic competitions as well as the reception of youth from the French Gymnastics Federation and delegations to prepare World or European Championships.
