Delivered in 2004, the Maison Régionale de l'Escrime hosts competitions of international level, daily training of the local club the Amicale Tarbaise d'Escrime (ATE), recognized for its many titles, the school. The Amicale Tarbaise d'Escrime is one of the most titled clubs in France (Sabre): - 3 Olympic Champion Titles - 14 world champion titles - 11 European Champion titles - 189 French Champion titles With 2 rooms with 6 tracks each, the Maison de l'Escrime also regularly hosts regional and national training courses of the France M20 and M17 team (sabre relief).

– 1 May 2004: Inauguration of the hall with the senior French championships and Victoire de l’équipe tarbaise (Les frères Damien et Gaël Touya/ Nicolas Lopez/Jean-Baptiste Saint Martin). Half of the team will be Olympic champions at the Athens Olympic Games.
