Description

« Terre de Jeux » label rewarded city of MASSY put forward its sporting excellence as a city of more than 50,000 inhabitants and more than 12,000 permit holders in sports associations. The large investments of MASSY for inclusive, social and top sports practicing now make it possible to offer quality sports faciliies for French and foreign delegations. The sports complex of La Poterne is almost unique in France thanks to its spaces dedicated to the whole Olympic disciplines of climbing practice (speed, block, difficulty). Major site for climbing practice  in Ile de France, the complex is located near the city center of MASSY and other sports facilities to complete the offer for delegations wishing a complete practice.

With the possibility of accommodating many athletes in the same space, the sports complex of La Poterne also offers access to a gymnasium, a dance hall, a dojo, a football field, two outdoor 3×3 basketball courts and a body building room adjoining the climbing ones.
