Description

The Phoenix Dojo was created in September 2015. Innovative concept of Martial Arts, Combat Sports and Fitness club, the Dojo des Phoenix offers a local service on a human scale. The Phoenix Dojo is located in the heart of the town of Le Mans Sport occupies an important place in this city because there are about 200 associations with about 41,000 members. The club is located a few minutes from the train station and the city center. Served by a bus line, very close to the ring road, access remains very easy. In addition, the Dojo has a private parking lot with 65 spaces and a bicycle parking lot.   Phoenix Dojo Activities – group lessons, Martial Arts level lessons (Karate, Krav Maga, Kung Fu Wing Chun, Taekwondo, MMA, Grappling), Combat Sports (Educational Boxing, English Boxing, Full Contact and Muay Thai), – Fitness classes (Fit Boxing, Pilates-Gym for the back, Yoga, Muscle Strengthening, Stretching, Cardio Training), – state-of-the-art Sportesse cardio-training equipment accessible to all – a complete bodybuilding platform with free weights and bodyweight work -a Wellness, Relaxation, Spa area   The club offers its licensees the practice of some of these disciplines in competitions, training for coaches and young referees, but not only. Each year, it undertakes exchanges with other associations to organize interclubs. These steps aim to broaden the sporting practices of club members, to maintain friendly relations between associations and to promote social relations between the various club members. Regularly as far as possible, the club takes students on trips for departmental, regional and or national competitions Every year and for the vast majority of disciplines, grade examinations are organized in June, the goal for members is to validate your achievements and evolve in your own discipline.   The Dojo has also organized the reception of many events, and courses. As recently the high-level Taekwondo detection course: Pays de Loire league detection day on September 26, 2021 in the premises of the Phoenix dojo with a reception of 35 Athletes, their coaches, referees etc... The Dojo regularly organizes Self Defense Courses, bringing together nearly 60 people, It was also a Regional Taekwondo Training Center for Pays de la Loire.   Equipped premises (cardio-musculation area (100M2), air-conditioned rooms, etc.) 2 octagonal Taekwondo areas, 10x10M, reconstructable Taekwondo mats (Having been used at the London Olympics) Electronic equipment (helmets and breastplates) Knowledge of Taekwondo (High ranking black belt 7th dan, trainer and teacher, regional and national representative of the French Taekwondo federation for more than 25 years).
