Surrounded by a wooded area and facing Thau’s lagoon, every kind of outdoor training is easy thanks to the Mediterranean climate. This center is made up of: - A covered bowling alley for the practice of Boules Sport with an area of ​​1100m² suitable for conversion, changing rooms, club house, infirmary, storage room, a 500-seat grandstand and giant screens - A 446 m² bodybuilding / fitness area: o Weights / cardio room (50 guided machines, free weights) o fitness room without equipmento changing rooms / showers for men and womeno storage space for small fitness equipment - a combat sports area with dedicated changing rooms. The sports complex located 10 minutes walk from the Balaruc thermal baths and 15 minutes from the O’balia thermal spa via the cycle paths.

O’balia is a unique place of pleasure and relaxation, where, thanks to the thermal water, everyone can recharge batteries as they wish and experience an exceptional moment of relaxation.

The thermal spa offers two complementary areas: La Magie de l’Eau & La Magie des Mains with various atmospheres and pleasures.

We regularly receive athletes for moments of recovery and relaxation (spa, sauna, hammam, sports massage).

The thermal baths group together seven treatment areas including collective pools, individual treatments: mud application bed, baths, showers, compresses and rest rooms with exceptional views. Protocols are offered to athletes in care and recovery.

The French, Hungarian, Spanish and Moroccan beach soccer teams in connection with the FFFoot benefit from the facilities just like the FFHandball with the French and Spanish beach handball teams.

In 2019, European Cup matches and the French boules championships were organized. The boxing hall hosted galas with a double title of European and World Champion WBF and in IBF an international title. Finally, with the FFLutte took place the French wrestling championships.
