Description

The Parsemain sports complex is composed of 8 sports facilities that contribute to the influence and dynamism of the territory in the field of sport. The Halle des Sports, because of its destination and vocation, its capacity to welcome the public, its infrastructure, meeting federal requirements, the equipment is a privileged venue to host events of national and international sports level. The Sports Hall is used by the professional basketball team, by the young basketball players of the training center and hosts badminton competitions, national and international level. The Parsemain Complex is also the venue for local cultural gatherings and large-scale events. The Honor Stadium, with a capacity of 17,000 people, is the second stadium in the metropolitan area and allows for official matches at national and international level. In addition, extra-sports events occur every year.

Special features

The Parsemain sports complex is located between the city of Fos-sur-Mer and Istres, which allows direct access via National 569. It includes several sports facilities available for all associations and clubs.

The nearby athletics stadium is available for specific training.

In addition, the interior facilities of the Honor Stadium (vestiary, infirmary, meeting room, press room) by its approval, are national and international level.

The Sports Hall includes all the comforts for the players: changing rooms, recovery area (massage room, cryotherapy, sauna, jaccuzzi) and can accommodate up to 1,500 people in the stands for national and international championships. A second training room adjoining the Sports Hall accommodates several teams. A “lingerie” area is also available to players. An automatic video-capture system (Keemotion) allows all training sessions and matches to be recorded.
