The Parc des sports – Maison du Handball is located in Créteil, 12 km from Paris and 10 km from Paris-Orly airport. In a city well connected to the public transport network, it is easily accessible from Paris by metro (line 8). The city of Créteil, labelled as an active and sporting city in 2018, has a strong focus on sport making it a center piece of its identity that shines far beyond the region. Its leisure center is an ideal relaxation area to recover between two training sessions. The Maison du Handball is dedicated to high level performance and offers optimal training conditions. It houses 2 training grounds, including one equipped with a tracking system, a digital control room, a 15m2 screen and a 500-seat grandstand. You will also find a balneotherapy area (sauna, hammam, cold and hot baths) and a 300 m2 strengths and conditioning gym area, with high-performance equipment accessible to everyone. In addition, a medical center with an ultrasound machine, a Convex, and 3 equipped physiotherapy rooms are also available. The Parc des sports has two grassed football pitches, two synthetic fields renovated in 2016, an 8-lane athletics track with pole vault and height jumpers, an annex throwing area (weight, disc, hammer), a 100m2 weight room and a balneotherapy / sauna area. The Maison du Hand offers optimal comfort with many options: catering (2 restaurants, one of which can be privatized), accommodations (72 high-end rooms, including 13 adapted for disabled guests, all include: individual bathrooms, TV, workspaces, telephone), and parking.Two luxury hotels, 50m from the center, will be able to accommodate delegations.

The center is also located 10 min away from the Henri Mondor hospital, which covers the majority of medical and surgical disciplines.

The Duvauchelle stadium, first-class equipment, benefits from all federal approvals for professional sports.

The Parc des sports also offers the equipment necessary for sports practice in the best conditions (hurdles, mobile goals), as well as the provision of changing rooms accessible to disabled people.

Known for

The Parc des sports hosts the training sessions and competitions of the US Creteil-Lusitanos football club (playing in the National Football Championship). In 2019, the French Women’s National Football Team played its last preparation match for the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup at the Duvauchelle stadium.
On the athletics side, it is the training facility of choice for professional athletes such as Aurel Manga, bronze medalist at the 2019 European Indoor Championships in the 60m hurdles and Dimitri BASCOU, bronze medalist at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games in the 110m hurdles.

The Maison du hand hosts the French national Handball teams, elite men’s and women’s clubs, foreign national teams (South Korea, Norway), and various federal sports training courses :
