Description
An emblematic arena of Caen sport, the Palais des Sports, can accommodate 2,950 spectators. This facility will be complementary to the project of the future Palais des Sports delivered in 2023, which will be equipped with 4,200 seats, a weight training and recovery room and 1,000m² of reception areas.

This facility hosts Caen’s professional basketball and handball teams. It has notably hosted PRO B basketball championships and Pro League handball championships (second professional divisions).
The Palais des Sports also hosted an international volleyball match between France and Japan.
