The French Shooting Federation decided to bring together the infrastructure to make it possible to practice each of the twelve disciplines in a single place : The National Center of Sporting Shooting (CNTS). Inaugurated in 2018, the CNTS joined the prestigious group of large international standard shooting ranges. The first vocation of the CNTS is to host National, European and World championships in all disciplines. The CNTS has requisite facilities for all Olympic and Paralympic disciplines, within the International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) and World Shooting Para Sports (WSPS) cannon. The CNTS boasts more than 80 hectares of universally recognized facilities equal to those of the Olympic Games. Facilities: - 80 electronic targets in the 10-meter range. - 60 electronic targets in the 25-meter range. - 80 electronic targets in the 50-meter range. - 5 clay target shooting ranges. All facilities meet corresponding event requirements for men’s, women’s, para and able-bodied disciplines.

Special features

The CNTS is destined to become the equivalent to the Centre National de Football but for French and World shooters.

The site has a large capacity to organize competitions which host athletes and the public. Accommodating 610 people per building or 1220 people over all buildings concerned by the trials. The entire site can accommodate 2440 people.

Since its inception, the center has been at the forefront of technology and boasts the most up-to-date targeting and results visualization installations. The facilities are similar to the various shooting installations which will be found at the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.  This center is the ideal choice for Olympic preparation.
