Description

On the northern outskirts of the city of Strasbourg, the Gymnase des Malteries is located 5 minutes from the historic centre of the City of Schiltigheim. Accessible by motorway (A35 and A4 in 5 minutes) and via several bus lines (L3 - stop Mairie Schiltigheim - 5 minutes on foot) and tram line B (stop Rives de l'Aar - 10 minutes on foot), it is also equipped with a car park with 60 places in the basement and 2 outdoor bus spaces. With a seating capacity for more than 1,000 people, and complying with the standards for access by people with reduced mobility, it consists of 2 activity rooms: a handball court of 44 m x 24 m with "Gerflor" flooring and a room the size of a basketball court that can be used as a "balatum" warm-up room. In the basement with direct access to both rooms, 6 change rooms with showers and a meeting room are available. The gymnasium is equipped with a massage room. On the main level, a kitchen with a bar providing access to the large reception hall allows matches to be watched while comfortably seated. The facilities now include a brand new weight room. https://www.ville-schiltigheim.fr/lieu/gymnase-des-malteries/
