Of contemporary architecture in the respect of the tradition of budo¬, the House of martial arts is a sports facility building labeled “high environmental quality” of the City of Le Blanc-Mesnil, municipality of the department of Seine-Saint-Denis, 8 kilometers north-east of Paris. Opened in 2020, it includes two dojos of 800 m2 each composed of six combat areas: the first dedicated to training is superimposed on the competition dojo of identical dimensions integrating 300 tiered seats. The most important building structure in Île de France for the martial arts practice is located near the international airports of Le Bourget and Roissy Charles de Gaulle, it will benefit from the proximity of public transport serving the Grand metro. Paris Express lines 16 and 17. Its latest generation equipment meets the requirements of a high level of sports practice while encouraging everyone to be welcomed in a friendly atmosphere. The city of Le Blanc-mesnil, being awarded the Active and Sports City label, ensures the organization and promotion of sport for all, from initiation at early age to the expression of the high-level sport practice. A place for educational expression used by schools, the House of Martial Arts welcomes every week…players from different sports clubs in continuity with their school time.

In addition to its two martial arts practice areas, the building offers premises (anti-doping control room, video room, infirmary, re-athletic / bodybuilding room, sauna, convivial space (bar, storerooms , etc.) ), as well as a multipurpose or meeting room), making it possible to organize courses and seminars that contribute to the development of martial arts.

The proximity of the Ferme, a reception and accommodation center located less than one kilometer in the municipal landscaped urban park contributes to the optimization of internships, training and seminars for short and medium stays in a privileged setting.
