The preparation center the Escale in Arnas is ideally located in regards with access to the various sites of the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games and offers a great opportunity to get prepared in a place of excellence. The Escale is located : 5 min from the A6 motorway exit and close to the A43 and A89 motorways. 2 high-speed train stations: (Mâcon-Loché TGV 30 minutes North and Lyon 45 minutes South) (2 hours travel to Paris) 2 airports: Lyon Saint Exupéry 40 min and Geneva 1h45. (50 minutes flights to Paris). Access to the site will be secured. This 25-hectare preparation center is composed of a rugby complex and an additional multi sports complex including a climbing hall. The CAVBS has joined forces with the municipality of Anse (Sports Hall) as for climbing facilities. The quality and complementarity of both artificial climbing structures provides a complete offer. The training center “The Escale” enables various sports in one facility.
The CAVBS also owns an aquatic Centre 10 min from the preparation center, offering a sport and leisure aquatic area and a relaxing area (whirlpools, hammam and sauna).
All accommodation and food services for all budgets in a 15 minutes drive from the Escale preparation center or the Anse Sports Hall (for climbing).
