Saint-Etienne is situated at the gateway to the Pilat Natural Park, with its vast green expanses and mountains culminating at a peak of 1,431 metres, providing the ideal playground to get into great physical condition. Covering an area of 19 hectares, the “Parc des Sports de l'Etivallière” is entirely devoted to sports activities. It is open 7 days a week and a permanent team of technicians is at your disposal to respond to all your needs. Inside the park, the “Stade Henri-Lux” athletics stadium has undergone major renovations over the last three years. Its track was completely renovated in 2019 and meets IAAF2 international standards. The stadium provides state-of-the-art equipment, including time-keeping system, and, naturally, caters for all athletics disciplines (throwing events, jumping, middle distance running, sprinting, etc.).
