Description

Created in 1986, the installation offers on a space of 1 300m² and on two floors, 8 tracks placed in 2 rooms: the main one of 350m² and the second one of 180m². A discreet facility located in the centre of Pau, a stone's throw from the castle, in the heart of the medieval district, which is steeped in history and is currently being renovated. Special features

It houses the Regional Centre for Training, Training and Detection of young fencers with the ambition of receiving a Pôle France in the years to come.

Proximity to the city centre offers access to catering areas and the possibility of enjoying pleasant green spaces to complement physical preparation.

Known for

The Hedas Weapons Room is the headquarters of the association Section Paloise Escrime. This facility offers access to the three weapons, epee, foil and sabre. It is this last discipline which represents the flagship of the club: young sabre fencers who excel at national and international level (Julien MEDARD, Eliott BIBI…).

In this equipment, international delegations have already been received for training courses. Small tournaments for young people are organised there.
