Description

Located just 15 minutes walk from the Houilles/Carrières-sur-Seine station, which gives direct access to La Défense (7 minutes) or the Champs Elysées (12 minutes) using the RER A. The DOJO GUIMIER 2 is a brand new sports complex which was inaugurated on December 11, 2010. It has a large tatami space of 500 m2 including 4 combat zones, 2 stands that can accommodate 230 people, with sound system. The equipment consists of: private parking, a weights room, 2 athletics tracks, 4 locker rooms for athletes, 1 referee locker room, an infirmary, a boxing room and a multisport gymnasium. The DOJO GUIMIER 2 can also accommodate people with reduced mobility.

Special features

The DOJO GUIMIER 2 offers proximity to additional city infrastructure such as access to the Houilles swimming pool (10 min walk).

Located 7 minutes by RER A and 15 minutes by coach from La Défense, the main business district of the country. You will therefore find many hotels and restaurants there to stay and eat.

The DOJO is located in a sports complex which hosts various disciplines (individual and collective sport). Dedicated rooms are distributed throughout the complex (weight room, boxing room, sports ground, gym, dance room, athletics tracks, judo room).

Sports associations and city teams are invested in hosting one or more delegations. During the Paris 2024 Olympics, the city will be adorned with the colors of the delegation hosted.

Since its inauguration, the dojo, with its 4 combat areas, has hosted numerous championships and competitions labeled in judo.
