Handball

Description

The Foso hall, a historical hall dedicated to handball, was built in 1990. The equipment was completely renovated in 2020: repair of the roof and walls, energy improvements, replacement of the sports floor, rework of the changing rooms and sanitary areas. Several extensions are to be noted: a reception room of 100 m², an annex room of 360 m² for low intensity activities, offices. The hall is approved for class II handball (interregional level). It also has badminton and volleyball courts. Maximum capacity: 982 (544 seats for the public in the stands). Known for

In 30 years the complex of Foso has hosted many meetings of hanball especially, but also volleyball, badminton … We will remember more particularly the Morbi’Hand (between 2008 and 2018 – tournament with 4 teams of D1 France) where the room of Foso was used as a base.
