Description

The Georges BOLLENGIER-STRAGIER sports center (former mayor) is a multisport center with an athletics stadium, a roller track, several football fields, one of which is synthetic and a archery range. The center is closed by a mesh enclosure allowing isolated practice. The equipment also has an on-site catering area, changing rooms with treatment space. The stadium is located in the heart of pedestrian and bicycle paths where it is possible to jog and warm up for around ten kilometers. The stadium is located on one of the Coulaines area, surrounded by green and very calm countryside. The space of this equipment allows good training distance between athletes. It is located on the urban edge of the town of Coulaines and north of the Mancelle metropolis. It is 10 minutes from the motorway exits coming from Paris and 10 minutes from Le Mans TGV station. An aerodrome is 20 minutes from this sports complex. Access to the site is possible by different types of transport, the site parking is closed access. It can be privatized for bus and car. The equipment is fully equipped with WiFi with fiber and 5G. The city was voted the sportiest city in 2019 with a swimming pool 5 minutes from the athletics site, 1 area for 3 rackets also (tennis, squash, badminton) and many other equipment. Near the equipment there is a doctor, physiotherapist, cryotherapy center, the hospital center is 15 minutes from the equipment.

The site is on the outskirts of a community between the city and the countryside. The city is 1km from the site, it is surrounded by greenery with many paths allowing a diversified practice. The space is also fenced ensuring a privatized practice. The practicing club is part of a multi-sport club made up of more than 30 disciplines. The site can benefit from a loan of very diverse equipment. It can also be envisaged an access to other equipment such as swimming pool, tennis etc … where everything is nearby. As the equipment is free of restorers, it is possible to bring in a restoration or restorations in connection with the regimes of each.
