Description

Facing the new eco-district of Trapèze which runs along the banks of the Seine, the Ile Seguin and the Seine Musicale, the Espace FORUM is located in a particularly active district, located on the former grounds of the "RENAULT" factories. Within the complex, two spaces will be available for athletes:

  • The training room
  • 3 tatami of 7 x 7 m with a safety area of 2 m in circumference
  • Total dimensions of 420 sqm, which can accommodate 80 people
  • Ceiling height of 4.47 m
  • Sport parquet floor
  • 2 changing rooms: men and women (1 restricted mobility shower each)
  • 2 individual changing rooms
  • The weight area
  • Room of 233 sqm
  • Reception capacity: 50 people
  • Ceiling height: 2.46 m x 2.36 m
  • 2 men and women changing rooms that can accommodate 19 people (1 restricted mobility shower per changing room)
2 individual changing rooms Espace Forum has a lift (reduced mobility) to get to the tatami mats and sports halls.

Special features

Espace FORUM is a modern facility highly appreciated by its users, having benefited from a major renovation in 2013 and meeting the standards for people with reduced mobility.

The delegations will have full use of the 2 spaces available with the possibility of eating on site.

Note the presence of many green spaces around.

To reach the city of Paris, the nearest metro station is a 2-minute walk from the venue (line 9), this training site allowing delegations to prepare in the best conditions in the immediate vicinity of the Paris Olympic facilities.

The many quality hotels on offer in the city of Boulogne-Billancourt offer delegations the opportunity to train without wasting time in transport thanks to this unity of location.

Known for

The space is used throughout the year by the ACBB judo club, a historic club in France as well as in Europe for having been the first French club to win a world title in 1975 thanks to Jean-Luc ROUGÉ, former president of the FFJ.
