Description

A sports and entertainment venue which hosts major events throughout the year (sporting events, shows, conferences, exhibitions, etc.). As a sports centre, the Elispace (http://www.elispace.fr)  has a 44m x 24m parquet-floored area, seating 2,700 in tiers, 1 reception room, 6 changing rooms, 1 infirmary, 2 catering rooms, 1 fitted kitchen, 1 clubhouse, 1 press room... The Elispace also has a 720m² adjoining gym with a sports area of ​​38m x 19m. The Elispace is located:

• 1 hour from Paris by the A16 motorway and 1 hour 15 minutes by train from Paris Gare du Nord
• 2km from Paris Beauvais airport (with over 60 destinations in Europe and North Africa)

Known for

From 2005 to 2016, BOUC Volley was the resident club at the Elispace, where it played all its home matches in the French Championship and the European Cup.

The Elispace has also been the scene of multiple international sporting events: women’s handball world championship (2007), women’s international basketball tournament (2010), European badminton championship (2013), France-Switzerland women’s qualifying match for Euro 2016, and the international L’Equipe petanque trophy (2019).
