Description
High environmental quality aquatic centre in the east of Dijon, the capital of the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region, on the outskirts of Quétigny. It has been opened since 3 May 2010 and has three pools (a 50-metre pool with 10 lanes, a 25-metre pool and a learner pool), a 20-metre diving pool, a sauna and steam room, and a fitness studio. It welcomes high-level athletes as well as the general public. Accessibility : 10 minutes from the town centre and five minutes from the vocational sports training centre (CREPS), it is accessible by soft modes of transport, e.g. cycle paths and the tram. The site is also accessible by car. Access support for people with reduced mobility from the car park through to the swimming pool with wheeled shower chairs, gently sloping foot baths, access ramps and pool hoists.
