Description

The CREPS of Bourgogne Franche-Comté is a high standard institution located in the heart of a 23 ha park in the heart of the metropolis and close to the university campus, the Olympic swimming pool and the university hospital. It is made of three accommodation buildings, several meeting rooms and a 190-seat amphitheatre. The catering area can accommodate up to 130 people per service. On site, the chef and his team cook a quality cuisine, fitted for the needs of any athlete, with local and organic products in collaboration with a dietist. Among its main facilities, the CREPS has a medical and assessment centre, physical training and bodybuiling rooms and ten specialized amenities. The performance culture is one of our site’s major asset which has a specialized building (C2PA) bringing together balneotherapy, cryotherapy, hypoxia training or tropical atmosphere areas. Athletes and their staff thus have access to a dedicated place allowing an optimal active recovery. The proximity of the Olympic swimming pool (300 m) is a real asset. Access to the CREPS is easy. It is located nearby major motorways (A31/A39) and 1h30 from Paris. Dijon TGV Train Station is connected to the CREPS by a tram line in less than 20 minutes. Delegations will be welcomed by a multilingual staff (English, Spanish, German). Once here, athletes will be able to evolve within the whole site and without any need to leave the CREPS.

Special features

The CREPS has a unique digital hub in France which is a leader for the Ministry of Sports on the digital transition (sport facilities, athletes monitoring and hosting, distance training and telework, Rapid Mooc recording studio).
Developing people with disabilities’ greeting was a challenge that our institution meant to meet. Therefore, 20 rooms are accessible to the so-called «PWD» public. Designing these spaces was carried out in collaboration with the French Paralympic and Sports Committee.
The design of the building dedicated to recovery (C2PA), which integrates the latest technologies in this field, enables to welcome every athlete, valid or not.

Known for

Teams of the CREPS have been particularly involved in the Olympic dynamic since Paris was awarded the Olympic Games.
With the Region and the metropolis, the CREPS was labeled «Land of Paris’ Games 2024» in November 2019 by Tony ESTANGUET among many Olympic athletes. It was also recognized as «O.G preparation center» to host 8 Olympic and 2 Paralympic disciplines.
In accordance with the rugby league, the CREPS is also candidate to host a delegation during the 2023 Rugby World Cup.
The CREPS, integral part of the «Grand Insep» network and the Sport national Agency, works specifically on high performance and on the quality of the French and foreign athletes’ greeting.
