Description

Opened in June 2019 the « Complexe Sportif la Fontaine – Arnaud BELTRAME » is situated in the north of Antony, close to the Park of Sceaux and the station “Parc de Sceaux” of the RER line B, which serves the centre of Paris, la Gare du Nord, Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport and Orly airport via the Orlyval. The centre brings together remarkable architecture and offers all features of a modern sporting complex. The building is entirely accessible to people with reduced mobility, has two gymnasiums (type C), a dojo, an artificial climbing wall and a boxing room. The complex also has numerous changing rooms: for the sportsmen and women, for the managers and for the referees, a clubhouse, a meeting room, a nursing station and an anti-doping control post. Known for

The center has only recently opened and has not yet had the opportunity to host major competitions, however, the centers equipment is adapted to host national competitions in rock climbing, rhythmic gymnastics and has the advantage of a 450-place gallery for spectators.

The Volleyball club of Antony, today evolving in the ‘National class 2’, trains and holds competitions in the main hall.

In January 2020, the main hall held a major boxing bout at departmental level.
