Description

The Petit-Couronne Regional Youth and Sport Center is a GRAND INSEP LABELLISE CENTER. It is located in the agglomeration of Rouen, about 1 hour from Paris. It has :

  • - accommodation (60 rooms with 1 to 3 beds including 10 PMR)
  • - catering (self-service with 120 seats)
  • - sports facilities (weight room, gymnasiums, stadium, dojo, table tennis room, gym, leisure pool, tennis lessons, etc.)
  • - care and recovery areas (4 physiotherapy areas, 1 doctor's office, 1 sauna, 1 cold bath, 1 leisure pool, etc.)
  • - several meeting rooms with video equipment
  • - an individual interview room
  • - a relaxation room (tv, billiards, table football, etc.)
  • - three computer rooms
  • - PMR access on 3 levels - deposits / luggage

Special features

The CRJS is a human-sized structure that knows how to adapt to any specific request.
It offers accommodation, catering, sports and recovery facilities in the same place.
It is close to the train station (15 mins), Boos airport (30 mins), Paris (1h15) while enjoying a quiet environment near (5 mins) a wood.
Shuttles can be organized and vehicles made available.
Staff speak English, Portuguese and / or Arabic.

Known for

The CRJS permanently welcomes 120 young athletes from high-level centers (judo, basketball, baseball, tennis, table tennis, swimming, athletics).

Since 2010 and for each Olympiad, the center has also welcomed Olympic Solidarity athletes who train daily for their qualification for the Games. Since 2018, for the Tokyo Olympics, they have come from Bangladesh, Togo, Gabon, Chad, Niger, Syria, Cameroon, Angola and Zambia. They are judokas, swimmers, athletes and boxers.

Finally, various courses are organized at the CRJS, by local clubs, and regularly by the French Judo and Basketball Federations.
