Description

Mâcon is ideally located in the heart of Europe. The capital of South Burgundy can be found 1 hour 35 minutes away from the Olympic sites of Paris 2024 by high-speed rail and 3 hours 45 minutes by car. The two international airports of Lyon Saint-Exupéry and Geneva allow you to reach this area in just 1 hour by car. Thanks to its activities, culture, historic heritage and its famous poet, Alphonse de Lamartine, Mâcon offers all the advantages of a city in an outstanding natural setting. More recently, Mâcon was the training town for the international footballer Antoine Griezmann. Mâcon is also intrinsically linked to its internationally-recognised Mâconnais-Beaujolais wines, which are perfect for social occasions. The Mâcon-Chaintré Equestrian Centre is located in a majestic setting at the foot of a magnificent château, just a few minutes from the city centre. A major development and construction program has been underway there since 2013. Thanks to the quality of its equestrian facilities, it has become a leading centre in terms of the national program to develop the disciplines of show jumping and dressage. All of the facilities can be accessed by people with reduced mobility, notably thanks to the presence of two riding hoists enabling them to practise. A team of 10 professionals provide support, enabling horse riding to be practised under the best conditions, from novice to advanced level.   Discover the centre as if you were there : https://www.klapty.com/tour/h2y0YgAeFW More information about the Equestrian Centre: https://bit.ly/2JCRmbg More information about the city of Mâcon: https://www.macon.fr/
