Ideally situated 100 kms from Paris and only 1h15mins away from the Olympic village, with direct access to the adjoining A13 motorway and a good rail link to the capital, Val-de-Reuil has the benefit of an exceptional environment, with its forest, rivers, natural spaces and a regional leisure centre, safe from pollution. Several hotels and local hospital services are located within a 5 km radius and the town is a few kilometres away from the regional university hospital (CHU de Rouen), which can be reached in less than 30 minutes. Val-de-Reuil can also boast its very high quality sports venues. Its "Parc des Sports" houses two fully equipped athletics stadiums, an outdoor stadium upgraded in 2021 and an IAAF approved indoor stadium comprising a 200m ring, a 110m straight track and a 900m² warm-up room. In addition to these particularly competitive facilities, several additional facilities are available for use by the delegations: a brand new synthetic football pitch, a gymnastics room, a tennis hall and squash courts. Thanks to the high-level of service provided by its facilities, Val-de-Reuil offers optimal training conditions: an ultra modern athletics track with eight racing lanes and a ninth straight track, an integrated system of performance analysis, WiFi available on the whole site, a sports recovery room with workout gear and massage / sauna facilities, annex rooms available for meetings and on-site catering…

Five minutes away from the sports centre, the hotel site proposes four hotels (4* and 3*) and can offer varied and adapted menus.

In order to guarantee the best possible reception for the delegations, a transport shuttle service is available between the sports complex and the hotels and leisure services, while a wide range of administrative and technical services are made available directly on site.

Known for

Each year the “Parc des Sports” hosts several national championships, both indoors and outdoors, as well as the Eure International Athletics Meeting, which is ranked in the top 10 international meetings (with Grant Hollowa, Renaud Lavillenie, Gudaf Tsegay… in 2021 ; Kevin Mayer, Pascal Martinot Lagarde, Donald Thomas… in 2020). In may 2022 it will host several Gymnasiades events, the Olympic Games for School sports, in which young people from 30 countries will compete.

On this site, much appreciated by athletes on training courses, a selection of “young hopes” from Canada and the African Pole recently rubbed shoulders.
