Artistic gymnastics

Description

This center is the headquarters of one the bests women’s gymnastics clubs in France. It includes two sport halls : one 1400 m²-hall dedicated to gymnastics and one 800 m²-multi-purpose hall. The facility provides many services : changing rooms, infirmary, massage table, offices and meeting rooms, sound system, internet connection and video screen. Exclusively dedicated to high-level gymnastics and fully equipped for performance-related training, it has all the necessary equipments :

• 2 free exercise floors (1 Jansen/Fritsen et 1 Gymnova)
• 2 fast tracks
• 2 competition trampolines (Eurotramp)
• 2 landing pits (Gymnova)
• 9 competition balance beams (4 Gymnova, 4 J/F, 1 Nouansport)
• 8 learning beams (6 gymnova et 2 Jansen)
• 5 vaulting tables (2 Gymnova, 1 Spieth, 3 J/F)
• 5 competition uneven bars (2 Gymnova, 3 J/F)
• 3 horizontal bars
• 2 elliptical trainers
• 2 exercise bikes
• Weight bench and plate loaded equipment
• Springboards, mini trampolines and landing maps for olympic preparation.

For the 2024 Olympic Games training, the multi-purpose hall will be equipped with an olympic podium and a vault.

1. 1. 1. The proximity of the infrastructures: training facilities, places of recovery, accomodation. Each facility is located 10 minutes away from the other facilities.
      2. A well-prepared welcoming team: the local team has a 25-year experience in training high-performance athletes.
      3. The recovery center (sauna, spa, swimming-pool, hot bath), dedicated to sport delegations.

Known for

Since 2004, when the facility was built, a lot of elite training programs have taken place on this site. Many teams have chosen this site for their sports training to championships.
