Description

Training center located in Agen, in the South-West of France, between Toulouse and Bordeaux. The training center is easily accessible by motorway and by train (3hours15 from Paris) and many hotels and restaurants are less than 2km away. The training center has high level sport equipments. It is located in the « Plaine des Sports », including the Armandie stadium, which has 13,000 seats, and the Aquasud olympic-sized swimming pool less than 1 km away. It is able to provide many others training facilities. The entire training center has parking facilities. The modernization of the Armandie stadium will begin in 2021. By June 2022 it will have 10,000 covered seats and many complementary spaces. In Agen, rugby is practiced since the early 20th century and the whole city supports his professional team and has a strong link with the Armandie stadium, its headquarter. « La plaine des Sports » is a green and quiet setting in the heart of the city.

The Armandie stadium has a high quality lawn, ranked among the best lawns in France.

Its renovation will be completed in 2022 and then it will have ultra modern structures wich meet all requirements of the top level. The creation of a hotel on the site is under study.

Many facilities are located on the « Plaine des Sports » : synthetic training pitches, weight room, cryotherapy, medical area, meeting and video analysis rooms, multi-sports sports complex, outdoor beach ground…
