Description

This stadium is entirely dedicated to athletics. It allows you to practice disciplines at all times and at the highest level. It includes a 400m outdoor track with 8 lanes, 4 long jump and triple jump aeras, the necessary equipment for high jump, pole vault (2 directions) as well as for all throws. Adjoining the outdoor track, you will find a covered hall with a 60m long track (4 lanes), a reception area for jumps (long and triple jump) and another reception area for vertical jumps (high jump and pole vault). Finally, a shot put area completes the indoor installation. At 600m from the athletics stadium, and in the town of Choisy-au-bac, you will find a nautical stadium entirely dedicated to the practise of water sports. With a final length of 790m and 100m in width, it’s an ideal practice place for your triathletes for the swimming marathon. Delivered in 2023, however, you can now benefit from a leisure pool adjacent to this future space. Located on the edge of the forest of Compiègne, you will also have a green setting and many cycle lanes closed to traffic for the cycling part of your training programs.

Special features

The center is also equipped with an administrative space with meeting rooms, an infirmary and a room care / physiotherapist. This space can be fully privatized.
A fully refitted and renovated weight room complete the services we can offer to your athletes. She adjoins the indoor track and allows direct access to the outdoor track.
The proximity of the national forest (15 000 ha) allows the practice of middle-distance and long-distance running on varied terrain in the undergrowth or on cycle paths.
On the banks of the nautical stadium you can find offices, meeting rooms, boathouse for rowing which can also be used to welcome your technical team, particularly for the road cycling.

Known for

The high quality sports center enables us to regularly hosting national competitions.
In 2018, we hosted the final stages of the French national first division championship. Then the following year, the finals of the French National Union of School Sport Championship.
Laurent Hernu, ex-Olympian on Decathlon and current National Technical Director of the Polynesian Athletics Federation, was licensed there as an athlete from 2006 to 2012, then awarded as the best coach of the year by the French athletics federation.
